We have managed to secure 3 marketing certifications amongst more than 10 additional certifications lately:
- Pardot Specialist
- 2X Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Despite having delivered several Pardot and Marketing Cloud projects, we were lacking the official marketing partner recognition. We hope that these certifications will make our future customers more confident in our capabilities.
We are now securing a CPQ and FSL certification.
New team members:
We are looking to welcome three team members within the next months:
- One Presale/Solution Architect to help us support you and close more strategic deals. Indeed, this will give us more bandwidth to sit and discuss strategy with customers, conduct pre-projects workshop for complex implementation and cover more leads. We will as well strongly involve him with Salesforce SEs to stay on top of any new product/demo coming out. He will eventually act as an extension of the Salesforce SE team.
- One Consultant CPQ expert in an effort to get new certifications and expertise within the CPQ world. Our new colleague is a Cloudsense CPQ certified consultant working for PWC (not the Dubai branch ) on a massive Telco project. He is actually an ex-colleague of Gurunadh (our technical architect and current CPQ expert). The aim is to add CPQ certifications to our 35+ certifications and support you in any new project requiring it.
- One Senior Salesforce Consultant to solidify our BA/Solution Architect team to keep delivering successful projects which has already joined the team and added a Marketing Cloud Certification
We are now focusing on securing more and more large project that gives us the ability to re-invest in BD, training and certifications initiatives.
Cloudworks is now officially the largest partner in UAE after PWC with soon 14 team members. We, hence feel that we can successfully deliver all type and size of implementations. We hope to be a strong player this year helping the MM/GB and EBU teams closing strategic projects.
We are streamlining the approach to the ESMB market, which has always been a strong segment for us. However it is important to constantly adapt and bring new initiatives (events, digital marketing campaigns etc.) to make sure we’re aligned with the market.
We have strongly invested lately in PR. Indeed, we felt that Salesforce was missing exposure here in GCC. Despite a fantastic and impressive marketing worldwide, it seems that we’re lacking of PR/marketing focus in the region. As a major partner we believe that it’s now our responsibility to spread the word for the sake of the whole Salesforce ecosystem.
