Salesforce Sponsors Sweepstakes to promote the “Connected Motorcycle”

Dreamforce 2017 saw the perfect collaboration of two corporate giants, Ducati and Salesforce, to bring forth a vision aimed to provide clients with a more personalized and delightful customer experience—the “Connected Motorcycle”.

Ducati, the world’s foremost motorcycle manufacturer, utilizes Salesforce for digital innovation. With the Salesforce Core Platform as well as the Identity Management software, Ducati has a complete, 360-degree picture of their customers’ digital identity and creates more personalized experiences and social engagement in terms of sales, marketing, and service.

Moreover, Ducati uses Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud and Social Studio to increase its interaction and social media relations with fans and journalists. As both companies work together to continue to provide the “Connected Motorcycle” experience, Salesforce encourages more engagement with an exciting opportunity for the millions of Ducati fans.

Salesforce tweeted in September 2018, “We’re teaming up with @ducatimotor to give away a Heritage C1 leather jacket.” The world’s #1 CRM is holding a sweepstakes so three fans can win one Ducati leather jacket each.

There is a Ducati motorcycle on display at the Salesforce Tower lobby, located at 415 Mission Street, San Francisco, California. To join the sweepstakes, participants need to post a photo of said motorcycle on Twitter or Instagram. The entry post should be publicly visible and have the hashtags #ExperienceSalesforce and #Sweepstakes.

According to official rules, participation to the sweepstakes doesn’t require any purchase. The sweepstakes is open to all legal US residents aged 18 years old and above. Entries will be accepted from September 25, 2018 to December 1, 2018.

There will be three monthly entry periods: September 25 to October 23, October 24 to November 23, and November 24 to December 21. One winner for each monthly period will be drawn and will be given a Heritage jacket. The winners will be notified via a direct message on either Twitter or Instagram on how to claim their prize.

Salesforce is vital to Ducati’s “Connected Motorcycle” vision. It is clear that this sweepstakes is another excellent strategy to engage clients, promote ownership loyalty, and increase brand confidence.
