Salesforce to Bring More Jobs to Irish People through Salesforce Tower Dublin

Salesforce expands its operations further in Europe through the creation of Salesforce Tower Dublin in Ireland. This is set to create more jobs for Irish people for five years. The pledge to increase jobs in Ireland through Salesforce’s expansion was announced last January 18, 2019, in Dublin.

Tech Jobs Up for Grabs

The cloud computing giant will be hiring new employees to fill in 1,500 vacancies in the new Salesforce Tower Dublin. This will be in addition to the 1,400 current employees already working in Sandyford Business Park Dublin.

Salesforce is already hiring now and will continue to do so for the next five years, slowly filling up their 1,500 job opportunities. The tech firm is looking for talented Irish people to fill up positions in the following fields:

  • Engineering
  • Sales
  • Customer Support
  • Business Services

The San Francisco-based tech giant has been included in Fortune’s annual list of Best Workplaces in Technology list for three years in a row. Top that with the warm friendly office culture resembling a family that Salesforce dubs as “Ohana”. All these make working at Salesforce truly engaging for the Irish people.

New Dublin Office Campus Soon

Existing employees in Dublin and the new hires will soon be relocating to the Salesforce Tower Dublin. This expansive tower consists of four new buildings spanning a total of 430,000 square feet space. The new tower will be located at North Wall Quay within Silicon Docks, overlooking the vibrant River Liffey.

Among the new tower’s many exciting features include riverside pathways, expansive rooms, an immersive video lobby experience, and a hospitality space called “Ohana Floor”.

Salesforce plans to move both existing and new employees to the new tower by mid-2021.

The Wrap-Up

Irish people will have more opportunities to join Salesforce because the company is set to hire 1,500 employees in and near Dublin. Salesforce is already screening and hiring in Ireland and will continue to do so for the next five years. The ongoing Salesforce Tower Dublin will be the new office campus of the new hires as well as the existing 1,400 Dublin-based employees today.
