We have worked with Cloudworks for a couple of years now. Souphien directly implemented our Salesforce which was built from the ground up. He was an integral part of understanding the needs of our company and spent many hours understanding the need, building smart solutions and training staff on how to use. We run a complex multi-national, multi-product business, and Cloudworks were able to quickly understand the brief. Post implementation Souphien and Cloudworks were always available for follow up questions and queries, however small and never once did I hear 'that is outside of scope' - Cloudworks deliver on time every time. Specifically I recommend Souphien, who I remain impressed by his professionalism and business methodology.

Very happy with the team at Cloudworks who has helped us in DP World Project Management to create and implement a customized and unique PMIS. CW project manager and his developer are very good listeners and can come up with creative ideas to cater to the users' requirements. They are also very good on the training side and EXCELLENT in after-sales services in terms of system maintenance and customization.
